📍 Commerce Conversations: Supporting Local, One Business at a Time! 🛍️

This week, I made my way to the plaza on NW 27th Avenue and 180th Terrace in Miami Gardens to spotlight three businesses making their mark in our community!

🍽️ Kitchen in the Gardens chefmarv.cuisine – Owned by Chef Marv, serving up delicious Caribbean cuisine!

🇯🇲 Big Yard Restaurant Big Yard Restaurant – A Black, family-owned restaurant that has been bringing Caribbean flavors to our community for three years!

📱 Cell Phone Repair – Serving the community for over 14 years! And this stop was right on time because I FINALLY got a much-needed new phone case and screen protector! 😂

One plaza, three businesses, and countless reasons to shop local!

Every business has a story, and I’m proud to continue highlighting the entrepreneurs who help keep our community thriving. 💙

Join me for a FREE evening of meaningful conversations, voter education, and community engagement as we break down what’s on the ballot ahead of the November election!

In partnership with the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and United Teachers of Dade (UTD), we’re creating a space for residents to ask questions, better understand the issues, and feel prepared to make informed decisions at the polls.

My Faith Tour kicked off with wonderful visits to Hope Church of Christ Hope Church of Christ and Logos Baptist Church Logos Church.

Thank you to both Minister Daniels, Pastor Stephens and congregations for welcoming me with open arms! It’s always a blessing to worship with the people I have the honor of serving. 💗
