We had a great turnout at last year's event and are excited to offer even more this year! This event is aimed at teens but is open to everyone.

We are looking for vendors that can share health and wellness resources, career opportunities, community resources, and extracurricular activities for teens!

We do have a couple of food trucks lined up but would be happy to add more!

Today is the last day of the All Together Now Summer Reading Program. Be sure to get all of your reading logged! Prizes will be available for pick up through August 14th.

MIAMI, Okla.-- The Miami Public Library today unveiled its new mural.

Then we ended our day with another mural reveal, created by some super talented local student artists!

The Miami Arts and Humanities Council Miami, OK sponsored a grant that purchased the supplies, reading materials, and celebration items to offer a mural class to students in grades 3rd through 5th that was presented by the library. The children learned about murals, listened to some books about murals and muralists, took a tour of the murals outside the library, and received a bag with educational materials, supplies, and a canvas. The children were asked to recreate the cover of a children's book and return it to the library. Once their art was returned, they were all assembled to create one large mural. They did amazing!

After our Q&A session, we got to have some magic fun with Magician Kevin Wade! He added a touch of magic to our All Together Now Summer Reading Program.

Yesterday we kicked off our day of events with a Q&A session with muralist Jessica S Stout. She did a phenomenal job on our new mural in the Children's Department. Stop by and check it out sometime!

Followed by a magic show with none other than Kevin Wade at 10:00am. Then we will end our fun day with a reveal party for the student-made mural at 5:30pm. Mark your calendars and join us.
