On January 15, 2025, the Miami-Dade County LGBTQIA+ Advisory Board held a productive meeting at the Stephen P. The meeting opened with roll call and the approval of the agenda and previous minutes.
A critical part of the session was the Reasonable Opportunity to Be Heard, allowing board members to voice concerns and ideas.
Updates on the FIU Metropolitan Center Assessment Survey were presented, showcasing the board’s commitment to gathering data and understanding community needs.
