That’s a wrap on our 2026 Back-to-School Project! 🎒📚❤️
We completed two incredible weeks of school supply distributions, reaching 8,515 students across 16 schools throughout Miami-Dade County.

For 34 years, the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation has worked to help children start the school year feeling prepared and ready to learn, and none of this would be possible without the generosity of our sponsors, community partners, volunteers, schools, and everyone who helped along the way.

🎒📚 Another great day of Back to School 2026!

Today, we continued our Back-to-School journey with visits to Santa Clara Elementary and Maya Angelou Elementary, where we were joined by Commissioner Miguel Angel Gabela to distribute school supplies and help students start the school year prepared and ready to learn. 💙✏️

A very special thank you to Commissioner Gabela for joining us today and for his support of this important initiative and the children and families in our community.

Yesterday, our Back-to-School journey brought us to Kensington Park Elementary, where we continued delivering school supplies and helping students begin the new school year prepared and ready to learn. 💙✏️

Today, we kicked off our second week at Lenora B. Smith Elementary, continuing our mission to provide local students with the school supplies they need to start the year prepared and ready to learn. 💙✏️

🎒📚 Back to School 2026 is officially underway!

Today, the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation kicked off our annual Back-to-School Project with our first two stops at Bel-Aire Elementary and Caribbean K-8 Center, delivering school supplies and helping students start the new school year prepared and ready to learn! 💙✏️

Over the next two weeks, we’ll visit 16 schools across Miami-Dade County, providing essential school supplies to more than 8,500 students.

From July 31 to August 2, the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana celebrated our annual Kiwanis Convention at the beautiful Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa.

The weekend began with a wonderful Welcome Cocktail on Friday, followed by our Annual Kiwanis Meeting on Saturday, and concluded with a fantastic Awards Dinner celebrating the dedication and service of our incredible members.
