On our next Future Call, we’ll explore how supporting parents can strengthen families and help young children thrive, especially during the earliest and most challenging stages of parenthood.

Dr. Sandra Munoz, CEO of The Children's Healing Institute, will share how their TEACUP and Parent Aide programs serve families in Palm Beach County through emotional support, education, resource navigation, and in-home guidance. From supporting parents through the NICU and transition home with TEACUP to providing in-home guidance through Parent Aide, these programs help parents build the skills and confidence they need to promote their children’s health, development, and well-being.

On our next Future Call, we’ll explore how United Way’s EDEN Place brings families and neighborhood partners together to nurture child development and help families thrive.

Tyler O’dneal, director of community impact at United Way Miami will highlight how EDEN Place delivers free, comprehensive services across Overtown, North Miami, and beyond. We’ll learn how their educational family resource centers combine parenting workshops, school advocacy, one-on-one coaching, and financial literacy under one roof to engage, empower, and strengthen local caregivers.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Myron Rolle as the keynote speaker for Built to Thrive Summit in Orlando on November 10.

A pediatric neurosurgeon at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Rhodes Scholar, former NFL player and community leader, Dr. Rolle has built his career across medicine, education, athletics and service.

His keynote, “It Takes a Team: The Power of Each of Us,” will set the tone for a day focused on collaboration, shared responsibility and action.

Because the challenges facing children and families don’t belong to one sector, and neither do the solutions, at Built to Thrive, leaders from across Florida will come together to share what’s working, tackle challenges together and help shape Florida’s early childhood agenda for 2027.
