The Flagler Business Improvement District (Flagler BID) is a non-profit, community-based organization of property owners, businesses, and residents working together to create a vibrant business climate in Downtown Miami's historic Flagler District. "Miami's private sector voice and advocate to promote a prosperous, livable, and dynamic downtown"

Founded in 1977 as the Downtown Miami Business Asso

ciation, this group later merged with Downtown Miami Inc an organization of property owners to formally establish a representative coalition called Downtown Miami Partnership, Inc. Today, the Flagler District BID is a non-profit community based membership organization representing Downtown property owners, professionals, retailers, bankers, hotelier, restaurants, and residents who are seriously concerned with improving the quality of life and business climate in Downtown Miami.

As the World Cup excitement builds, here’s a reminder: Miami’s soccer story didn’t start yesterday ⚽️

This photo shows the James Deering Team, one of Miami’s earliest soccer teams, posing at Royal Palm Park around 1915. More than 100 years later, the beautiful game is still bringing people together in South Florida.
