Welcome to the page of Recruiting Station South Dade. This forum exists to share information with young men and women about opportunities in the Marine Corps and what it takes for them to earn the title of Marine. The official page for Marine news and information is run by the Office of U.S. Marine Corps Communication and can be found at https://www.facebook.com/marines. This page is intended for prospective Marines, but we also welcome the participation of active and prior service Marines, their families and Marine Corps supporters in sharing their experiences. We ask that commenters post in a manner befitting the Marine Corps and its values. In addition we do not allow any posting that:
- Demonstrates bias towards race, gender, religion or advocates discrimination
- Threatens, is abusive, defamatory, indecent, graphic or salacious
- Is a solicitation or advertisement of any kind
- Endorses or slanders any political party, organization or party
- Attacks another user of this page or person featured in a post
Any violation of these guidelines, or Facebook’s Community Standards, is grounds for your post being deleted and your profile being banned from this page. We encourage you to share your experiences and encouragement for the next generation of Marines.
