If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply:

✅ Little Haiti resident for 2+ years
✅ High school graduate with a 3.0+ GPA
✅ Accepted to an accredited college or trade school
✅ Plan to enroll full-time

As National Black Business Month wraps up, we’re highlighting the first Haitian-Caribbean bookstore in Florida, a special space offering an incredible collection of books in English, French, and Haitian Creole. 📚✨

From literature and history to stories that reflect the richness of the Haitian-Caribbean experience, this bookstore creates a space to discover, celebrate, and pass on our culture through the power of the written word.

🏘️ Shaping the Future of Little Haiti, Together.

The Little Haiti Revitalization Trust, in partnership with the City of Miami Planning Department, recently brought community members, planners, designers, and stakeholders together for the Little Haiti Design Guidelines Workshop.

Participants shared their ideas and perspectives on everything from NE 2nd Avenue’s future as Little Haiti’s Main Street, residential and commercial design, Caribbean-inspired colors and architectural elements, to the role of public art in telling our story.

These conversations are helping move the vision forward to create clearer design guidelines for Little Haiti.

The Little Haiti Revitalization Trust was proud to join Success Jr. for the 4th Annual Back to School Bookbag Drive & Carnival! 🎉

Together, we reached more than 250 families, providing students with backpacks, school supplies, and so much more to help them start the school year feeling prepared and confident. ✏️📓🎒
