Big changes are taking shape in Cutler Bay.

Southplace City Center represents a $1.5B transformation of the former Southland Mall site, bringing new residences, retail, dining, entertainment, hotel space, medical space, and community gathering areas to South Miami-Dade.

With Phase 1, The Current at City Center, now underway, this project marks a major step forward for Cutler Bay and the continued growth happening across the region.
