Cassie has a true passion for making each resident's day a little brighter. Whether she's styling Marilyn's hair for her granddaughter's birthday party, helping Miss Sylvia look her best for church, or celebrating every Cubs win with Cathy by singing "Go Cubs Go!", she goes above and beyond to make every moment meaningful.
One of the things Cassie treasures most is being someone residents can confide in. She knows there are times they don't want to worry their families, and she's always there with a listening ear, a kind heart, and unwavering support. As Cassie says, "It's cliché to say they become family, but they really do."
When she's not caring for residents, Cassie enjoys creating junk art, especially transforming old saw blades into beautifully painted clocks.
Thank you, Cassie, for 16 years of compassion, dedication, and the countless ways you've enriched the lives of our residents and team. We are so grateful to have you as part of The Elms family. Here's to many more years!
