Our mayor and elected officials were more concerned about defending a gang member here illegally and wanted by ICE.

Bruce Blakeman showed tonight that he means business, wiping the floor with the worst governor New York has ever had, Kathy Hochul, and proving he’s ready to lead on day one with common sense, lower taxes, and a government that works for you, not against you.

We cannot afford four more years of destruction under Hochul, and as a Democrat, I urge my fellow Democrats and independents to put party politics aside and vote for Bruce Blakeman this November to save our state.

Four years ago, I introduced Ryder’s Law, now known as Romanch’s Law, and secured 22 sponsors, only to have it deliberately obstructed by Adrienne Adams, the worst Speaker in City Council history and Lynn Schulman, who put politics ahead of public safety and animal welfare.

I thank Speaker Julie Menin for finally getting this done and taking the action that should have been taken years ago to end this cruel and dangerous industry once and for all.

Mamdani clearly hates Europeans, especially white New Yorkers. Period.

First, he snubbed German-Americans at the Steuben Day Parade. Then Polish-Americans at last week’s Pulaski Day Parade. Now Italian-Americans on Columbus Day.

What does that tell you? I call it racism, plain and simple.

But at least Brooklyn’s organizers got an answer.
