Tomorrow (Tuesday May 3) is Primary Election Day in Indiana. Please get out and VOTE! In Middlebury the polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Middlebury Church of the Brethren. Other locations around Elkhart County are posted on the county Clerk's website

In Elkhart County registered voters do not need to cast their ballots at a specific precinct determined by their home address. Arbor Day in Middlebury will be celebrated Saturday April 23. Please join the town Tree Board at 8 a.m. at Town Hall for a small dedication and ceremony.

Middlebury has been awarded a grant for over $700,000 from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to build a new connecting trail on the east side of town! This is a great win for the town and the parks department. We are excited to continue promoting safe and sensible multi modal transportation in Middlebury! Thank you to everyone involved in securing this grant!

Please HELP our snow plow drivers - If you have a vehicle currently parked on a street in Middlebury, please move the vehicle to a driveway as soon as possible. Moving the vehicles parked on the street will help our plow drivers to get our streets more completely cleared during the night time hours.

It is a beautiful snowy day here in Middlebury. Our crews are out plowing, but the roads are slippery. There are several snow related incidents already. Please slow down and take your time if you need to go out today. Otherwise, stay home, stay safe and enjoy the snow!!
