Before there were campaign signs, before there were election mailers, and before it became politically convenient to talk about it, there were residents who showed up.
They attended meetings. They researched applications. They spoke during public hearings. They organized neighbors. They spent years fighting for a voice in decisions that would shape Middlebury's future.
Casey Larkin was one of those people.
