National Police Week comes to an end and I want to thank ALL of our local law enforcement officers. They work all hours of the day in any weather condition to help keep our communities safe.

Peace Officers Memorial Day was held on May 15 to remember the officers who gave their lives in the line of duty.

During a memorial event, I was able to catch up with some friends from our local Ohio State Patrol - Gallia Post(covers Meigs).

To all law enforcement officers: THANK YOU and stay safe!

Signs!!! I was out all of today picking up signs. I will be making rounds as I can every evening after work and ballgames to try to collect them.

A lot of people have asked if they can drop them off somewhere.

My parent's house at 1402 Dusky Street, Syracuse is a good spot to drop them off at if you want to. It is pictured below:

Just pull in the drive and leave them against the garage. Or drop in the yard by the sidewalk and I'll snag them every evening.

I truly can’t thank you enough for the trust and confidence you’ve placed in me by electing me to be your next Probate-Juvenile Judge. I am deeply humbled and grateful for the support from our community.

I want to wish Trenton Cleland the best. Campaigns are tough on everyone, especially on families and friends. This was a race amongst friends and it was a clean one.

I am beyond words right now and still processing it all, but to everyone - thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I look forward to this next chapter and I am excited to see the things we can accomplish together! Stay tuned for updates along the way.

It's 1:00 a.m. and finally home after a long day of work, baseball, and putting up signs at voting locations.

They say the days are long, but the years are short, and this journey has been no exception. Since October, I’ve spent countless days and late nights attending events, meeting with members of our community, and working to earn your trust, all while balancing a full-time job, part-time work, and precious time with my family. Like so many of you, we made sacrifices along the way.

I am truly grateful for the support I’ve received from friends, family, and this community. It has been a humbling experience, and one I don’t take lightly.

If given the opportunity to serve, I promise to work even harder in office than I have on this campaign. I am committed to compassionate justice in Meigs County and will lead with service, fairness, and sound judgment.

Why am I running for Probate-Juvenile Judge? Simply put, I want to make a difference.

I've had a lot of people ask me, "Why would you want that job? You hear such terrible things happening to and about kids. That has to be the worst job in Meigs County."

I understand why someone might feel that way. A Juvenile Judge is sometimes faced with heartbreaking, unimaginable situations involving our youth. It's tough. It's emotional. And it's real.

But I've spent over a decade prosecuting cases where children were victims. I've seen situations firsthand, and I've taken specialized training to communicate with and support traumatized youth. My career to this point has prepared me to handle these cases with care, understanding, and sound judgment.

I don't see this as the worst job, I see it as an opportunity. An opportunity to step in at critical moments and truly change the trajectory of a young person's life.

That's why I am running.
