Earlier today, we introduced our Pool Manager, Peyton. Now it's time to meet the rest of the outstanding leadership team helping make another great summer at Bauman Community Pool possible!

Behind every great pool season is a great leader, and we're excited to introduce ours!

Meet our new Pool Manager, Peyton H.

For the past eight years, Peyton has been a familiar face at Bauman Community Pool. She began in Guest Services and has grown through a variety of roles, including Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, Head Guard, and Assistant Manager.

Now, she's excited to begin her first season as Pool Manager! Peyton's experience, leadership, and dedication to the pool and our community have prepared her well for this role, and we're thrilled to have her leading the management team this summer!

While the pool may not be open just yet, our lifeguards have been hard at work preparing! From emergency response drills to teamwork exercises and skills refreshers, training weekends help ensure our team is ready to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits.

Huge shoutout to our crew for their dedication, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes effort keep everything running smoothly. Summer is almost here, and they're ready for it! 😎
