Attention: District 5 Middletown voters: During today's August 11th Primary, you will be voting at Keigwin School located at 99 Spruce Street. The building has Keigwin School on the outside of the building, and has a large sign on the door that says Macdonough . Remember that Keigwin School is the correct location for District 5 voters. Middletown Pride is officially inviting qualified 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations to help shape the future of its year-round LGBTQIA2S+ (Le***an, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Q***r / Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and Two-Spirit) community programming by serving as the initiative's next Financial Agent. In this role, the Financial Agent’s primary responsibilities will include the collection, disbursement, and accounting of funds, as well as providing basic administration for Middletown Pride and its programs. Proposals for this Invitation to Bid will be accepted until Friday, August 28, 2026, by 3:00 PM.

Middletown Housing Authority is accepting wait list applications through July 27th at 4:30pm for the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. Please see details below.

SECTION 8/ HCV WAITING LIST OPENS
MHA will be accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program/ Section 8 online only via the Online Application Portal until 7/27/2026 4:30 pm.

FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST
MHA will be accepting applications until further notice for:
LIPH (Public Housing):
•Elderly/Near Elderly (50+) – Studio
•Family Units – 3, 4, 5, & 6 Bedrooms
To qualify, you must be a low-income senior (elderly or near-elderly, age 50+) individual or family that is seeking a studio apartment owned by the Housing Authority or a low-income family in need of a 3, 4, 5, or 6 bedroom owned by the Housing Authority.
How To Apply:
•The Housing Authority recommends that you apply online via the Online Application Portal.
•Alternatively, you may download and print the pre-application form, or pick up an application at: 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT. 06457, complete it in its entirety, and return it to MHA by mail or drop box at: Housing Authority of the City of Middletown (THACM) 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT 06457.

MHA is accepting applications until further notice for:
State Moderate Income Program: 2 & 3 Bedroom Units
To Qualify:
•Be a moderate-income family in need of a 2 or 3 bedroom unit owned by the Housing Authority.
•Applicants must demonstrate verifiable income sufficient to pay the minimum rent and utility expenses.
How To Apply:
•The Housing Authority recommends that you apply online via the Online Application Portal.
•Alternatively, you may download and print the pre-application form found at the top of this page, complete it in its entirety, and return it to MHA by mail or drop box at: Housing Authority of the City of Middletown (THACM) 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT 06457
