Wearing the stars and stripes of the National Champion, CCNS athlete Chris Polumena delivered an incredible ride at the 35+ Masters World Championship Time Trial in Japan, earning bronze on the world stage!

Getting stronger was only part of Galen Bolard’s progression. The bigger breakthrough came when she stopped attacking simply because she felt good and started asking: When will this effort actually matter? That shift changed the way she raced.
