Transparency matters!

Recently I submitted an Open Public records request on the communication between several board members with regards to the budget. Upon receipt of the custodian, I learned that my request could not be fulfilled because Mark Soporowski claimed to have destroyed these records. This is a clear violation of the Open Public Records Act and possibly the Open Public Meetings Act. More importantly, this is NOT transparency.

Yesterday I filed a complaint with the Government Records Council to investigate and demand the release of these records. While Mr. Soporowski now falsely claims "I don't even have these people's numbers", I have attached the email from the custodian admitting Soporowski refused to turn over these records.

Mr Soporowski claims this is political. This is not political sir. This is about transparency and trust. From my view, Mark Soporowski has something to hide. Elected officials should NEVER have something to hide. When they do, they do not belong in office.

Middletown is worth protecting.

From our parks and open spaces to the neighborhoods where we raise our families, what makes this town special didn’t happen by chance — it happened because generations of residents fought to preserve it.

Now, Trenton’s insanity and widespread overdevelopment projects and one-size-fits-all policies threatens the character of the community we love.

Ryan Clarke and Morganne Dudzinski are running for Township Committee to stand up for Middletown — protecting open space, keeping taxes under control, supporting our police and first responders, and making sure growth never comes at the expense of our quality of life.

The choice is simple: protect what makes Middletown special or risk losing it.

✅ Vote June 2nd for Ryan Clarke and Morganne Dudzinski — because Middletown’s future is worth fighting for.

What makes Middletown the best place to live, work, and raise our families is that we cherish our town. Bad policies out of Trenton and radical overdevelopment threaten our amazing parks and our pristine natural beauty.

With Ryan and Morganne, Trenton’s overdevelopment insanity stands no chance. Middletown will never be overrun by developers and Trenton technocrats.

Vote for Ryan Clarke and Morganne Dudzinski to protect Middletown and preserve it for generations to come! 🇺🇸🗳️

The Middletown Republican Organization sends our deepest condolences to Elaine and family on the passing of Jim Hinckley. Jim was a Republican stalwart who served on the county committee in a number of leadership roles for over 45 years. He served the Township for decades as a member and chair of the Zoning Board and Sewer Authority as well as the Middletown Historical Society among many volunteer roles. Jim will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and true patriotic spirit. Middletown lost a great friend and public servant in Jim Hinckley for whom we will always be eternally grateful.
