Starting February 1, 2026, members who need to make an ID card appointment during the week can book an appointment using the RAPIDS ID Card Office Online Locator https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/ . Attached are step by step instructions on how to book a time slot online. Those needing to make an appointment on RSD weekends will continue to call DSN 423-2538 or 717-948-2538 to schedule an appointment. Reminder that we do not schedule dependent IDs on RSD weekends to ensure we have as much availability to Guardsman as possible. Dependent and USID card renewals can also be completed online (see Online Renewal Trifold AF Version).

Appointments are not required for marital status updates, child additions, pin resets, CAC certificate troubleshooting, and Tricare eligibility.

The 193rd SOW Enlisted Council has a page where you can help them with their goal of having a wreath placed to remember all those from the 193rd SOW who are at the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap. Please help them honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Wreaths Across America ("WAA") coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies every December to "Remember, Honor, and Teach" about the sacrifices made by our veterans and their families. The upcoming air show at HIA is looking for volunteers to work the show, in exchange for volunteer hours the SOW Association would receive a donation. The volunteers work would be setup of the show-site, trash and teardown. The setup would be for tables, chairs, labeling, linens, trash cans, fence, signage, etc. The trash and beverage stocking for the weekend - pull trash bags/refill bags, fill dumpsters, stock beverage in all chalets etc....

The upcoming air show at HIA is looking for volunteers to work the show, in exchange for volunteer hours the SOW Association would receive a donation.

The volunteers work would be setup of the show-site, trash and teardown. The setup would be for tables, chairs, labeling, linens, trash cans, fence, signage, etc. The trash and beverage stocking for the weekend - pull trash bags/refill bags, fill dumpsters, stock beverage in all chalets etc. Teardown - cleanup site, remove linens, stack tables and chairs, remove signage, etc.

Here is a breakdown of the times needed:
5/21 Wednesday - 14 people - 9am to 4pm (lunch and water provided) - 8 for operations and 6 for hospitality.
5/22 Thursday - 14 people - 9am to 4pm (lunch and water provided) - 8 for operations and 6 for hospitality.
5/23 Friday - 14 people - 9am to 4pm (lunch and water provided) - 8 for operations and 6 for hospitality.
5/24 Saturday - 20 people - Trash and stocking beverages - 8:30am to 4pm - 6 for beverage and 14 for trash (lunch and water provided).
5/25 Sunday - 20 people - Trash and stocking beverages - 8:30am to 4pm - 6 for beverage and 14 for trash (lunch and water provided).
5/26 Sunday - 20 people - Trash and stocking beverages - 8:30am to 4pm - 6 for beverage and 14 for trash.
5/27 Monday - 8 people - 8am to 1pm - operations.
