Portland Parks and Recreation is partnering with the Portland Sports Hall of Fame to accept nominations for the class of 2026. Nominations can be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department digitally through their website (bit.ly/PortlandSportsHallofFame), in-person at the office located at 265 Main Street, or mailed to Portland Parks and Recreation Department, PO Box 71, Portland, CT 06480.

Looking for a fun and active summer program for your little one? We’re excited to bring back our popular Multi-Sport Program for children ages 2–5 this July! Kids will explore a variety of sports through fun, age-appropriate activities designed to build balance, coordination, teamwork, and overall fitness. Space is limited, don't wait to sign up!

🎾We're excited to announce two youth tennis programs for this Summer! Click here to learn more and register: bit.ly/PortlandSummerTennis

USTA Tennis Lessons will be offered for children in grades 1-8, running on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from July 21 - August 6. All players in their first session receive and keep a new age-appropriate racquet and ball!

Skyhawks Tennis Camp is open to children ages 7-12. This program runs Monday-Thursday, July 13-16 from 9:00 AM - Noon.
