Check out highlights from National Night Out 2026 as HONOR team members connected with residents, community organizations, and local public safety leaders across the Lower Hudson Valley.

From Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, the Town of Wallkill, Middletown, and Port Jervis, our HONOR booths brought neighbors together for games, conversations, community resources…plus prizes and candy!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and helped make this year's National Night Out a success. Together, we're strengthening trust, building relationships, and celebrating our neighborhoods.

Housing and health are closely connected. Without a stable place to live, illnesses can worsen and ongoing care can be harder to maintain.

During National Health Center Week, HONOR recognizes the providers and support networks that help Hudson Valley residents connect with health care, shelter, and other services that support their well-being.

âś” Step outside for a short walk or fresh air
âś” Breathe deeply for five minutes

At HONOR, we work alongside people facing difficult circumstances as they build stronger foundations for healthier lives. Wellness looks different for everyone, but it can begin with one caring choice.

Summer heat can create serious challenges for individuals and families without stable housing or reliable access to safe, cool spaces.

At HONOR, our work is about meeting people in moments of need and helping them move toward greater stability through housing support, crisis services, food assistance, and community resources.

A simple reminder, a shared resource, or knowing where to turn can make a real difference during the hottest days of the year.

Housing. Hope. A Path Forward.
