Today, Miss. Herbold's class honored the one and only Dolly Parton! We read "Coat of Many Colors" and learned about the kindness, love, and compassion throughout her story. 🌈✨

We talked about different ways we can show kindness to others, wrote about how we can spread kindness, and then designed our very own colorful “coats” to represent the kindness we carry with us. 🥰🧥

Our Fun Friday treat in Mrs. Hartzog’s class turned into a tasty little math lesson! 💕 We practiced counting to 5 using cookies instead of counters—and I think this was definitely everyone’s favorite way to learn! 😋 We counted, touched, and matched our cookies while practicing our numbers. Learning is always a little sweeter when you can eat your math manipulatives! 🍪🔢💗
