Ain’t no party like a pumpkin party! 🎃🧡🎃🧡

Thank you to everyone who attended Midland Parks and Recreation’s Pumpkin Party this past weekend. Tons of pumpkins were painted, rolled, and launched by a trebuchet at Midland City Forest!

Special shoutout to our INCREDIBLE senior utility staff that build the trebuchet. Your hard work brought this event to new heights (literally) and turned a regular day into a fun and memorable fall day in Midland ❤️

Within two hours, all the pumpkins available for purchase were sold, with all proceeds going to Midland’s Miracle League scholarship fund. Now that’s something nice to warm you up on an (already hot) autumn day!

Enjoy a spooky skate at Midland Civic Arena on October 30th.

Join us at the Midland Civic Arena on Friday, October 30th from 6:00-7:20 p.m. for Spooky Skate!

This festive public skate session will be held in the dark and will feature fun and spooky music and treats.

Costumes welcome!

October Public Skate hours are now live at the Midland Civic Arena. Grab your friends, lace up those skates, and make this your coziest fall tradition yet!

👉 Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for youth & seniors 60+. Skate rental is $5 (figure or hockey skates available).

Join our crew and make your dreams come true at the Midland Civic Arena located at 405 Fast Ice Drive, Midland, MI.

Employed by Midland Amateur Hockey League

🎃Pumpkin lovers are invited to bring their families, friends, and pumpkin-spiced lattes to Midland City Forest on October 10th to decorate pumpkins, race them down the sled hill, or launch them with a trebuchet! Yes, you heard that correctly.

Registration is not required for this event. Pumpkins will be available to purchase with cash for $3.00, with all proceeds going to Midland’s Miracle League Scholarship fund.

Don your most spellbinding costumes and bring along your cauldrons, broomsticks, and other enchanted wares as we gather for a night of eerie delight. Watch from your carriage and listen through FM whispers, or spread your cloaks and cushions upon the lot to revel in the chill. Local food brewers will arrive early with enchanted treats, so come before the moon rises.
