Norman Signs Restoration and Preservation - South Dakota History

Norman Signs Restoration and Preservation - South Dakota History Follow and support the restoration and preservation of the historical Norman Signs erected in Western and Southwestern South Dakota.

Roy and Edith Norman erected around 375 historical signs throughout Western and Southwestern South Dakota between 1975 and 1977. These signs are a part of South Dakota history and through this non-profit organization are being found, restored, and preserved. These signs tell the story about the Deadwood Trail and numerous Indian trails, Army trails, old Post Offices, telegraph lines, and stage stops.
