The City of Midland, in collaboration with the Permian Basin Metropolitan Planning Organization (PBMPO), is developing an ADA Transition Plan to help improve accessibility throughout our community. Your feedback will help identify barriers and prioritize improvements to sidewalks, crossings, curb ramps, and other pedestrian facilities so that everyone can move safely and comfortably throughout Midland and the surrounding area.
