As a public school, PA Cyber is open for enrollment by any school-age child residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and does not charge tuition to students or families. PA Cyber provides a tuition-free, accredited quality curriculum with access to all the technology and personal guidance that students need for success. Our technology platforms are not only on the leading edge, they are user-friendly and truly enhance the educational experiences of our students. Each student receives a laptop, printer, textbooks, and online connectivity, as well as an expert technical support team that is responsive, skilled, and dependable. Senior Spotlight: Curtis!🌟🎓

His hobbies include going to local band shows, skateboarding, and working out. He is the vocalist and lead guitarist in an Emo band called Foreverforaday!

He has volunteered over the years through Life Teen and the National Honor Society. His NHS senior-year project was volunteering at a community clean-up. He also recently earned his 3rd-degree black belt, but has trained in Taekwondo since he was 3 years old. During that time, he served as a leadership student and won the Instructor of the Year award. He also earned state and district champ titles and placed 8th in the top 10 in the world, all in Combat Sparring.

He says, "My favorite teacher is Mr. Naughton (Sociology/Psychology). I was able to connect with him because of his learning style and his ability to create engagement in the classroom. I felt invested in the topics and felt excited to learn."

As for his future plans, he has been accepted into Washington & Jefferson College and will start classes in the fall. He would like to become a farm veterinarian and start his own business!

Yesterday, during the 8th cohort of Leadership Beaver County, held at PA Cyber, Assistant Principals Ian Docherty and Sean Wisniewski were recognized as graduates of the program. PA Cyber was also proud to celebrate alumna Amanda Whitworth, who participated as a graduating member of this year’s cohort. Throughout the program, participants gained valuable insight into what makes Beaver County a great place to live and work while developing the leadership skills needed to help guide the county into the future.
