Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are ready to grow together, not only academically, but as an inclusive community where EVERYONE belongs. 💙

Our teachers have been spoiled by our amazing PTO with snacks and subs over the past two days, and they are feeling appreciated, energized, and READY to welcome our students on Monday! 🙌🏽

Today, we officially welcomed our Mustang Family back home for the 2026–2027 school year! 💛💙

This is going to be a year to remember as we continue to build a strong community of learners in so many meaningful ways. At the heart of it all is one simple belief: EVERYONE BELONGS. We are committed to connecting the dots, supporting one another, and doing whatever it takes to help our students and staff reach their goals.

📚✨ Next up in our New Teacher Spotlight… our MATH DEPARTMENT! ➗📐

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Crofts, Mr. Biney, and Ms. Kumbuo to the Midlothian Middle School family! 💙

➗ Mrs. Crofts is a veteran educator joining us from South Georgia! With six years of experience teaching secondary mathematics, she will be joining our 8th Grade Math Team.

➗ Mr. Biney brings an incredible 15 years of secondary mathematics experience from Ghana! He is passionate about creating learning environments that are relevant, meaningful, and engaging for every learner. He’ll also be joining our 8th Grade Math Team!

➗ Ms. Kumbuo is a veteran mathematics educator from Ghana who will join our 6th Grade Math Team. She is passionate about creating classrooms where students feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn through hands-on experiences.
