J.R. Irvin Elementary is so excited to honor the incredible first responders, medical workers, and military members who serve our community! 🚒🚓🚑🇺🇸

Our heroes will drive through our parade route while our students cheer, wave their flags, and show them just how much they are appreciated! 🇺🇸⭐

After the parade, we’ll gather at the front of the school for breakfast treats, pictures, and a chance to celebrate our hometown heroes! ❤️

👉 Active and retired heroes are welcome!

Let’s come together as a community and show these amazing men and women how grateful we are for everything they do.

Tomorrow is the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! 💙💛 We are SO excited to welcome our students back and begin another amazing school year! 🐾✨

Tonight, get some good rest, set those alarms, and get ready for a GREAT first day! 😴⏰🎒

We also ask for a little extra patience and grace tomorrow. 💛 We’re all learning new routines, new faces, new schedules, and getting back into the swing of things together!

🚗 Please remember that car lines may be longer than usual, especially during these first few days. Don’t worry — it won’t last long! We’ll get those routines down before you know it. 😊
