💻🎉 THE NEW MACBOOK NEOS HAVE ARRIVED! 🎉💻

We’ve officially started distributing the new MacBook Neos to our students, and we have our very first Bomber to receive one!

👏💻 Congratulations to Kaleb Smith for being the VERY FIRST MCMS Bomber to get his MacBook Neo! 🎉

Our 6th graders will receive their MacBook Neos on Wednesday, followed by our 7th graders on Thursday!

📢 A few important reminders for families:

These computers will be assigned to students throughout their time in high school, so we want to make sure they are treated with care and kept in good condition.

🛡️ Families are welcome to purchase any case they would like to protect the device.

The district also has cases available for purchase through MySchoolBucks.com for $25 that include device insurance. Please note that no other device insurance will be offered through the school.

We’re excited to get these new devices into the hands of our students and see all the ways they’ll use them to learn, create, and grow! 💻📚✨

📢 EDITED TO ADD: MacBook cases are being ordered in batches. The deadline listed on the flyer is for the first batch of orders. If you missed that deadline, you can still order a case! Additional orders will be included in the next batch. 💻🖤💛

💛🔨 BUILDERS CLUB IS BACK AT MCMS! 🔨💛

Do you like helping others, coming up with new ideas, working with a team, or making a difference in your school and community? Builders Club might be the place for you!

Builders Club is all about leadership, service, friendship, and making a difference. Members will have opportunities to lead projects, give back to our school and community, and connect with others along the way. ⭐

📣 Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 8 at 3:35 PM!

Everyone is welcome, and we’ll also be looking for students interested in serving as Builders Club Officers! 👏

📍 Going to the first meeting? Head to the main gym after dismissal and have a seat in the bleachers. Ms. Kenzie will come gather everyone once dismissal is complete.
