Process art is all about the joy of creating, exploring, and trying new things 🎨✨ It builds curiosity, resilience, and confidence—without needing fancy supplies or lots of prep.

Try it at home with simple, everyday materials:
• A base (cardboard, placemats, clay, or playdough)
• Objects to explore (paper plates, colored paper, beads, buttons, sticks, leaves)
• Ways to connect (tape, glue, pipe cleaners)
• Tools (scissors, brushes, kid-safe cutters)

Let your child lead, ask open-ended questions, and embrace the mess đź’› The real magic is in the process, not the final product!

On this Work Together Wednesday during the Week of the Young Child, we celebrate the power of teamwork! When children collaborate, they learn to share ideas, solve problems, and build meaningful friendships. Whether they’re building, creating, or playing side by side, they’re growing stronger—together.
Let’s continue to encourage cooperation, kindness, and connection every day!

Helping little ones build healthy habits starts at the table 🥕🍎

Serving a variety of healthy foods in a positive, pressure-free environment can turn mealtime into something everyone enjoys. When children are given the freedom to decide what and how much to eat from what’s offered, they build confidence and a healthy relationship with food.

Keep offering veggies early and often—even if they’re refused at first. It can take many tries before a child is ready! Try mixing things up by serving vegetables in different ways—roasted, raw, or with a favorite dip. Pair new foods with familiar favorites, and invite your child to help wash, prepare, or even grow their own veggies.
