Drop-offs: Tues–Thurs, 9AM–2PM or mail a donation to the address on the flyer.

TIU 11 Early Childhood Services will be hosting our Annual Family Fun Fair on May 14, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. at the Juniata County Fairgrounds! 🎪

There will be developmental screenings for children 5 and under, STEAM related activites for the children, pony rides, a strolling magician, car seat checks, a dunk tank, raffle prizes and much more! 🔦🧲

The Whitaker Center's Whitaker on Wheels and the TIU Rover will be there with STEAM related activites. The Friendship Fire Company, Port Royal EMS and Pennsylvania State Police will also be there with their equipment for the kids to see! Merf Radio and Bigfoot Country will be broadcasting live that evening as well! 🚒 🚓

Everything is free and the event is open to the community so mark your calendars now because this is an event you don't want to miss! 🌭 🍿

Mental health doesn’t always look the way people expect it to. So many families are carrying stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and challenges that aren’t always visible from the outside.

At Helping Hands, we believe checking in on one another matters. Asking for help matters. Talking about mental health matters. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

This flyer includes local and national resources for anyone who may need support, guidance, or simply someone to listen.

Please share this post. You never know who might need the reminder that there is hope, there are people who care, and help is available. 💚

We still had a successful event last evening despite the rain and wind. There were a few canopies that tried to fly away!! Thank you to everyone who came out. A very special thank you to the Juniata County Food Pantry for donating a lot of snacks! They are always a big hit! Again, several local 4H groups brought animals and kids always love that! Congrats to the three winners of the raffle baskets too!

Thank you to all of the children, families and agencies who attended our Child Abuse Prevention event last night at JES!! A special shout out and thanks to several local 4H groups who brought horses, ponies, rabbits and chickens to the event despite the weather!!! We appreciate everyone and hope that the weather is much better next year!!
