Do you crowd the plow? For your safety, you should travel six car lengths behind an operating snowplow, never travel or linger next to a plow truck, and safely move as far away from the centerline as possible when approaching an oncoming snowplow.

I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to the clean-up crews of Mifflintown, as your diligent efforts have not gone unnoticed. Special thanks to Alan Zimmerman and his crew, Issac Manbeck, Jason Mifflintown borough maintenance, Paul Shellenberger, Derrick Casner for clean-up efforts, and Chris Casner for equipment usage, Zina Klinger, and Sam Klinger for their selfless dedication. This endeavor required intense labor under brutal conditions. We, as a community, are truly grateful.

Please remove your vehicles from the downtown area for a timely and safe snow removal. Start time is expected to be in the morning. Thank you for your cooperation.

Young participants will receive goodie bags, adding to the excitement. Lively tunes will set the tone for a memorable night, culminating in a soulful performance of Auld Lang Syne by Amber Foose-Miller, bringing the evening to a meaningful close.
