🚨 Calling All Former TLC Members, Community Leaders, Mentors, and Supporters! 🚨
The Edison Teen Leadership Corps students are preparing for their final Large Leadership Project presentations, and we are currently looking to expand our panel of evaluators for the evening of Monday, May 25th beginning at 6:00 PM.*
Throughout the school year, these students have worked incredibly hard to create projects designed to lead, serve, and inspire the world. Their projects have impacted our school and community in meaningful ways, and they are excited to share their work and growth with local leaders and supporters.
We would love to add more community voices to this experience by inviting community leaders, professionals, educators, former TLC members, mentors, and supporters to serve as evaluators for the evening. One of the major goals of this project is to help students strengthen their public speaking, presentation, and professional communication skills by presenting to real community members and leaders. This is a meaningful but manageable way to support student leadership, as the time commitment is only about one hour.
No special training is needed — just a willingness to listen, encourage, and celebrate the hard work of our students.

* We recognize that this date falls on Memorial Day. After reviewing schedules and end-of-year conflicts, this was the best option available for our students and evaluators. Our students will also be honoring the meaning of Memorial Day earlier in the day.
