The storms over central SD have been fairly slow moving and splitting this evening, with pea to gulf ball sized hail being reported. These storms have weakened, though some of these storms could still have larger hail fall tonight. Additionally, with these storms moving over similar areas, the heavy rainfall could cause localized flooding concerns.
Another round of storms will be moving in to central SD from western SD later tonight through around 4 AM CDT. The storms could have hail up around 1 inch and wind gusts of 60 mph possible through the night.

City of Milbank Residents,
For the next two weeks, the City of Milbank will be under temporary water restrictions while the final coating is applied to the municipal water tank. ( west side of town) Residents and businesses are asked to refrain from using lawn sprinklers and to limit nonessential water use during this period. Thank you for helping us conserve water while this important project is completed.
