Looking for a meaningful way to make a difference in your community? A volunteer opportunity where you can make a real difference in someone's life? The R**e Crisis Center of Milford is seeking compassionate volunteers to support survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones through our 24/7 confidential hotline and in-person crisis response.

โœจ No counseling experience required! We provide a comprehensive 40-hour certification trainingโ€”you bring empathy, compassion, and a willingness to listen.

Our volunteers help survivors navigate some of their most difficult moments by providing support over the phone and responding to hospitals and police departments when needed.

Volunteer requirements:
โ€ข 18 years or older
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
โ€ข Live within 30 minutes of RCCM-area police departments and hospitals
โ€ข A passion for supporting survivors of sexual violence

Today was Project TEACH's first day of school! Community Educators Camdyn and Jillian were so excited for their first day.

Last year, our community education program reached over 11,000 students in our local school systems. We offer age-appropriate and comprehensive prevention education for grades Pre-K through 12 on topics such as:

Looking for a meaningful way to make a difference in your community? Become a Volunteer Victim Advocate with the R**e Crisis Center of Milford!

No counseling experience is required. We provide a 40-hour training program to prepare you to support survivors through our 24/7 hotline and during crisis responses.

โœจ This is a volunteer position!

Volunteer Requirements:
โœ”๏ธ Must be 18 years or older
โœ”๏ธ Must have a valid driver's license
โœ”๏ธ Must have reliable transportation
โœ”๏ธ Must live within 30 minutes of each hospital and police department in our service area

The R**e Crisis Center of Milford is seeking compassionate volunteers to become Sexual Assault Crisis Counselors. As a volunteer advocate, you'll provide support to survivors and their loved ones through our 24/7 hotline and in-person crisis response.
