Please help us congratulate Officer Skip Rasfeld! After 19 years of dedicated service to the residents of Miami Township • Clermont County OH, Officer Skip Rasfeld will retire at the end of his shift today.

Officer Skip Rasfeld has been one of the most visible members of the police department with his assignment as a D.A.R.E. America International instructor in both the Milford Schools and St Andrew-St Elizabeth Ann Seton School.

We wish Officer Skip Rasfeld all the best for a long, healthy, and happy retirement! 💙👮‍♂️

School’s only been out for two days… but here is your Back-to-School information for the 2026–2027 school year!

Too soon? Maybe. But around here we like to stay one step ahead (and we all know summer somehow goes from “we have forever” to “where did June go?” in about three minutes).

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Originally known as “Decoration Day,” Memorial Day began as a time for families and communities to decorate the graves of fallen soldiers with flowers and flags in remembrance of their sacrifice.

As you enjoy time with loved ones today, we encourage you to also take a moment to visit a local cemetery or memorial, place a flag or flower, and pay your respects to those who gave everything for our freedoms.

As our fifth graders prepare to leave the small island of Seipelt and head into the larger world of middle school, I hope they carry one reminder with them:

Be the kind of person who makes someone’s backpack lighter, not heavier.

You never know what someone else is carrying each day. Kindness, encouragement, and inclusion can make all the difference.

Thank you to Mrs. Talbert, Mrs. Breuer, Mrs. Hutzel, and Mrs. Wanamaker for helping make the evening such a fantastic celebration for our students and families.

We are proud of this group and cannot wait to see all the places they will SOAR next.
