Fire School is just one week away, and we can’t wait to welcome you for an action‑packed weekend of training, networking, and hands‑on learning! Get ready for a wide variety of classes, time with vendors, and many other exciting opportunities.
While pre‑registration has closed, on‑site registration and class changes will be available beginning Friday, May 15 at 7:00 AM. We’re looking forward to seeing you and making the 2026 Nebraska State Fire School an unforgettable experience!

⚕️ Health & Safety Check Required:
The following classes require a health safety check the day of Fire School prior to class starting:

Participants should arrive between 7:00–11:00 AM to complete the required health safety check. Classes begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 15.
⚠️ Important SCBA Requirement:
Individuals with beards, sideburns, or hairstyles that interfere with the proper seal of a breathing apparatus face piece will not be allowed to participate in classes requiring SCBA use. Protective hoods worn over beards are not approved.
📜 Class Certification:
Certain classes require mandatory hours of attendance. Students should make every effort to attend the full 12 hours of instruction. Unless otherwise indicated, students must attend at least 9 hours to receive a letter of certification, which will be mailed to the student’s fire department. Attendance is recorded daily.
