Dear Pumpkin Delight Families,
We are excited to share that Pumpkin Delight’s renovation project has been approved by Mayor Blake. He has submitted this request to the Board of Finance for review and approval. If the Board of Finance approves the request it will be forwarded to the Board of Aldermen for their May 3, 2021 meeting.
As you know, Pumpkin Delight is the oldest elementary school in Milford. This project will ensure that our school is brought up to current educational standards and further develop a facility that we, and the community at-large will take great pride in.
This is a significant investment that the Mayor is recommending for the school district and we are grateful for his support of this extremely important project.
The Board of Finance will consider this request on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
While there is no public speaking session during this meeting, we encourage you to attend the Board of Finance meeting to visibly show your support.
The May 3rd Board of Alderman meeting does have a public speaking session. We strongly encourage you to attend this meeting to show support for this project.
