The Milford Senior Center provides activities and services for adults (60+ and older) in Seward County. The Center offers low-cost nutritious meals five days per week. Reservations must be made one day in advance. On the 2nd Thursday of each month, speakers are scheduled periodically on topics of interest, plus offering some adult education and special interest classes. A variety of recreational a

ctivities are offered daily, including crafts, card games, music, exercise and day trips. Many opportunities exist for volunteers to share their time and talents. The Center offers regularly scheduled blood pressure screenings, foot care, walking and wellness classes. The Senior Shuttle provides transportation to older adults anywhere in Milford such as the doctor, beauty appointments, library, shopping, etc. In the summer, water aerobics are offered at the Milford City pool.
