We are looking for a Project Manager in Hawaii near Fort Shafter/Honolulu. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Microsoft Project and TEAMS products. The role involves knowledge and application of processes, policies, methods & procedures affecting Military health facility construction, outfitting, and transition. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. The candidate should possess strong organizational and planning abilities to coordinate specific events logically and present plans in various automated formats.

Had to reshare this. Anyone who's applied for a job on a website in the past dozen or so years has experienced trying to get through an automated Applicant Tracking System (ATS). These computer systems are the reason every resume adviser tells you to put keywords from the job posting in your resume; an ATS will discard your resume if it doesn't match the keywords.
