Hoping everyone has seen the notices in the lobbies and flyers taped on your doors, about the Town Hall Meeting tomorrow September 30th to discuss and ask your questions about the upcoming Drain/Waste/Vent Replacement Project. You should have also received information in the mail with a schedule and other information. Meeting will be by the pool/rec area, beginning at 6:30. Priority seating for residents from C and D buildings since work will begin there first. (A and B residents will have their own meeting at a later date.) ALL residents can join in via Zoom.

Just a reminder, there will be a water shut off for the entire community tomorrow Tuesday 4/22/2025 from 9am-11am.

This is necessary for tests of our backflow preventers that prevent non-potable water from getting into our drinking water.

This is a normal test conducted by the Board of Water supply.

Plan accordingly and thank you for your cooperation.

Responsibilities
• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly and regularly around building(s) and perimeter
• Control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Monitor video cameras

Skills
• Work experience as a security guard or relevant position is a plus
• Trained security officer with Guard Card is a MUST
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• High school degree
