That Big Concrete Wall on Miller Avenue is known as 500 Miller. What’s going on there?

This project was approved by the City in 2011. It consists of 9 single family residential townhomes with a separate two story commercial building. See the plan rendering below.

After a change in ownership, construction will now commence on the buildings’ foundations. The current timeline for completion of the entire project is within 36 months.
