The members and officers of the Millbrook Fire Department extend our heartfelt condolences to our Auxiliary member, Jennifer Strang, and her family on the passing of her father in law William Gutman.

Our thoughts are with Jennifer and her entire family during this difficult time. May the memories they shared bring comfort in the days ahead.

⛳🚒 GOLF TOURNAMENT UPDATE 🚒⛳

We want to let everyone know that our Frank Jenks Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament, originally planned for this September, will not be held this year.

With a number of changes happening within the Millbrook Fire Department, we felt it was important to take some time to regroup, get our bearings, and give this tournament the time and attention it deserves.

But don’t worry — the wait will be worth it!

The tournament will return Thursday, May 13, 2027, and we’re working hard to bring it back bigger and better than ever! Expect some exciting upgrades, including better food, bigger prizes, more games and contests, more raffles, and plenty of new surprises.

We’re excited to breathe some new life into this longtime tournament while continuing to honor the memory of Frank Jenks Jr.

We told you something was cooking in Millbrook, and now we can finally share the news!

A long-standing Millbrook Fire Department tradition is COMING BACK — our Chicken BBQ! 🚒🔥

And we’re not just bringing it back… we’re making it bigger and better!

🍗 Delicious chicken BBQ cooked by some of the original Chicken BBQ chefs from back in the MFD days

We’re bringing back an old Millbrook tradition while adding lots of new improvements to make it a fun day for the whole family.

There’s something pretty special about seeing a tradition like this return — especially with some of the same people who helped make those original MFD Chicken BBQs so memorable.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a community that has always supported the Millbrook Fire Department, and we’re asking for that support again as we face some very real needs.

We encourage everyone to watch the latest Village Board meeting and listen to our presentation regarding the condition of our firehouse, needed building improvements, and some of the basic necessities required to keep our department operating.

These aren’t extras, they are things we need to maintain our building and continue doing our job safely and effectively.
