PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

We would like to remind all our citizens that our stations might not be occupied due to our personnel being on emergency calls. If you go to one of our stations with an emergency, and are unable to make contact with any personnel, please call 911. Personnel at that station may be out on an emergency call. We strive to provide the best service possible.

If you were transported to a hospital by Millbrook Fire Department, you will receive an electronic bill to your cell phone number or email address on file. The electronic bill will include a link to pay your bill, provide insurance information or provide an electronic signature to bill your insurance company. BEFORE you click the link, you can call our billing company, PPS, Inc. at (877) 288-8561, to verify the link was sent by them.

If you want to opt out of the electronic bill please reply STOP to the electronic message and you will receive a paper statement.
