Come on down to the Millbury Old Time Inn this Saturday from 2-5pm for the Make-a-Wish Meat Raffle. This is not an official Lions event, but the cause is near and dear to our hearts. There will be many Lions volunteering and supporting the effort. This is the final event of our meat raffle season, so you won't want to miss out on the fun.

Today is the day! Head over to The St Charles Hotel before 2 p.m. for your chance to win some great meat items for spring barbecue season (we swear it's right around the corner!). Even if you don't win, come enjoy food (hot dogs!), friends and fun, and watch the college basketball games on the many TVs they have at the St. Charles! Bring some non-perishable food items for extra tickets! Help the Lions and the Millbury Little League raise funds for local programs! Also, the raffle drawing by the Freedom Quilters of Millbury, MA will be held today!

Join us this Saturday (March 21) for another big meat raffle and food drive, this time we're co-hosting with the Millbury Little League! Spring is right around the corner (really!), so this would be a great chance to stock up on meats for the first BBQs of the season! Mmmmm, grilled meats!

Join us on Saturday, March 7, at 2 p.m. for our latest meat raffle and food drive! Co-hosted with Millbury Music & Performing Arts, the raffle will help raise money for the music and performing arts programs in Millbury Schools, as well as for the Lions Club in its support of local community groups.

Come to The St Charles Hotel and have some fun with us! Early birds get extra tickets if they arrive before 1:30 p.m., and we're also doing our food drive, extra tickets if you bring in non-perishable food items, which get donated to a local food pantry. Bring in 4+ items to receive a full sheet of extra tickets, a $20 value!

We've been getting great turnouts at all of our meat raffles, so let's pack the room again and have some fun while also raising money and possibly winning some meat and cheese!

Several of our members are currently attending the Lions District 33A midwinter conference with the theme of "Bon Voyage to Winter", but we think they forgot to tell Mother Nature about this directive. Stay safe, everyone!
