This week I had the great pleasure of welcoming the Forensic Science and US History classes from Georgia Military College Prep School to Baldwin County State Court. After giving the students a tour of the courtroom, I talked to them about the admissibility of evidence in trials, examples of forensic evidence and testimony I have seen from the bench, and answered some very thoughtful questions from students and teachers alike. We finished with some very entertaining impromptu mock trials in which the students played the roles of judge, jury, prosecutors, and defense attorneys!
