The due date for 2026 Mobile Home tax bills is April 1, 2026.
If you did not receive a bill for a mobile home(s) you own, please contact our office at 478-445-4813, Option 1.
If you received a bill for a mobile home you sold, has been moved or torn down, please contact the Tax Assessor's Office at 478-445-5300 immediately.
A 10% penalty will apply if not paid by the due date.

Due to predicted severe weather in our area, the Baldwin County Government Building will open at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 16.

Please plan accordingly and stay safe!

The due date is April 1, 2026.
If you did not receive a bill for a mobile home(s) you own, please contact our office at 478-445-4813, Option 1.

Due to inclement weather and icy road conditions, all Baldwin County Non-Emergency departments will be closed Monday, January 26th. We will reopen Tuesday, January 27th at 8:30 a.m.
