Officers of our junior company Ashley Menechella and Bobby Basile, along with participant Blayke Pamatat, had the opportunity to deliver 55 care kits made for our healthcare heroes at Mather Hospital!

They were able to meet some amazing and important members of the Mather Hospital team, share our appreciation, and personally deliver the bags.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make these kits possible!

NATIONAL VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS DAY • AUGUST 18TH

Today, August 18th, we recognize and celebrate the dedicated men and women who volunteer their time to protect their communities.

Here at the Miller Place Fire Department, every member of our department is a volunteer. From answering emergency calls to training, maintaining equipment, attending meetings, and giving back to our community, our members dedicate countless hours to serving those around us.

To every volunteer firefighter who gives their time, trains, responds, sacrifices, and serves: THANK YOU. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.
