Today is World Mental Health Day and we want to take a moment to call out a resource for students. The Safer School Tip Line allows students and adults to anonymously share information with school officials and law enforcement about threats to student safety-whether that involves a threatened mass incident or harm/bullying to a single student.

Together, we can help protect the mental health of our students.

Good evening, Laker Family! MHS is starting to gear up for our annual White Christmas project. This project benefits those in our community who are facing financial hardships. We provided food and toys for the holiday season as well as delivering fruit baskets to our senior citizens.

We will start collecting boxed and canned food items as well as monetary donations on November 9th. Please remember to check expiration dates. We also accept cleaning and hygiene items as well as paper goods, but not baby or pet food.

If you would like to adopt a family or a student please email Mrs. Peters at [email protected] or call the school.
We will stop accepting donations on December 9th. This allows us time to access what is still needed and purchase items. We also have to have time to make the baskets and box the food to prepare for delivery.

No donation is too small!

Athletics and extracurricular activities help our students become well-rounded young adults. This wouldn’t be possible without our coaches at all levels, from biddy to varsity. Happy National Coaches Day - and thank you for coaching our Lakers!
