The Severn Cross Roads Foundation is very pleased to be the recipient of a preservation grant from the Maryland Historical Trust this year. We will be using the funds to restore our beautiful arched windows.

Besides our brand new interpretive sign, we were also able to use materials from the Dulaney Library to create a wonderful exhibit about the history of Baldwin Hall, adding to our celebration.

Come celebrate with us the 43rd anniversary of the historic day and the unveiling of our brand-new signage highlighting the history of the Severn Cross Roads community (funded in part by a grant from the Chesapeake Crossroads Heritage Area).

The Severn Cross Roads Foundation is very pleased to announce that they have received a grant from the Chesapeake Crossroads Heritage Area. The Foundation plans to use the grant to create interpretive signage for Historic Baldwin Hall, emphasizing the unique heritage and architecture of the 1861 building. The plans include a National-Park-style outdoor sign as well as interior signage presenting information about the Hall’s namesake, Rev. Charles W. Baldwin. Look for a grand unveiling next summer!
